1. The guarantee
If you are not satisfied with MemoHoney for any reason, you have 60 days from the day your order was placed to return the product and request a refund of the product price.
2. How to request a refund
- Check the date. Make sure you are within 60 days of your order date. Your order confirmation email shows the purchase date.
- Email support. Write to contact@customercs.com with Refund Request in the subject line.
- Return all the bottles, opened or unopened, full or empty, with a note that includes your full name, email and order ID (optional) to:

3. Processing and costs
Refunds are processed within 5–10 days after your return is received and issued to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Return shipping costs are not covered.
4. Payment processing
Orders are processed by BuyGoods, the secure third-party checkout shown at the time of purchase. Your order confirmation email contains your order number and support details.
